Amy Carr O’Meara is a lawyer with 20 years experience in both private practice and in-house counsel (Asia-Pacific) for a major global US based engineering, environmental and technology consultancy. Amy’s expertise includes commercial law support for companies in strategy, joint ventures, contracts, intellectual property, employment, workplace health & safety, environmental law, disputes., regulatory and consumer law.

Amy’s clients range from start-ups, online and tech companies, advertising and media clients, health sector startups and companies, retailers and distributors, gym franchises, creative industrial and graphic designers, engineering, construction and environment consultants.

Amy has served as a Director of industry organisation, Consult Australia and was a Finalist in the 2012 AFR Boss Emerging Leaders Competition.

Amy works closely with small to medium enterprises in various sectors and has a particular interest in supporting startups. Amy also supports various pro bono and not-for-profit initiatives, Indigenous owned and operated art-centres in central Australia and the western deserts of Australia.
